The PTS2010 Bottle Cap Screening Machine is primarily used to separate and screen crushed glass and bottle caps after the initial crushing of various waste glass bottles. The crushed glass is discharged from the bottom hopper into the raw material bin, while the bottle caps (which may contain unbroken glass) are screened through three layers of sieves and discharged from the top outlet. This ensures that no impurities such as bottle caps (containing harmful substances like metal and ceramics) enter the raw material bin. This machine is mainly used in the crushed glass cleaning lines of industries such as glass, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging.
